clients in Europe. Everything
is kept safe and used only to help connect the right people with the right opportunities.
When someone sends us their CV, passport copy, certificates, a short video, or other documents, we store
them securely.
This lets us quickly find suitable matches when employers tell us what kind of workers they need
(hospitality, agriculture, logistics, etc.).
We use a trusted third-party form (Tally.so) to collect everything.
Data is stored in digital platforms like Google Sheets, Asana, among others.
Good people are everywhere; the hard part is finding the right opportunity. We try to make that first
connection easier and more direct.
We are a small, independent team working remotely from Serbia. We don't have a big office, a tax ID, or
an official employment agency license.
We don't hire anyone, manage payroll, sign contracts, or deal with visas.
Our role is very simple: collect profiles and make introductions. Everything else: legal stuff, work
permits, contracts, payment stays between the person and the employer.
We handle your personal information carefully and in full compliance with Serbia's General Data
Protection Regulation (GDPR).
All data you give us is used solely for employment matching purposes at Dot Square
Associates,
nothing else.
We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or use it for any other reason.
You can ask to see what data we have, correct anything that's wrong, or ask us to delete it completely
at any time. Just send us an email at admin@dotsquareassociates.com.

employers when it makes sense for a job match (and only with your implied consent through
submission).
