What We Actually Do

Here's the honest truth: we're matchmakers. Not the kind that charge you a percentage of every paycheck for the life of the employee. The kind that find good people, verify they're who they say they are, and then step aside so you can build your own relationship with them.

When an employer comes to us with a need, we go to work. We comb through our database, looking for candidates who match not just the job description but the culture, the timing, the location, the whole picture. We've already done the verification work on the other pages — documents checked, references called, videos watched. Now it's about fit.

Once we find matches, we send you a shortlist. Each candidate comes with a package: verified documents, our notes from conversations, links to work videos, summaries of reference checks. You review. You decide who you want to talk to. Then we make the introduction.

Where Our Role Ends

This is the part that matters most. After we introduce you, we're done. Not in a rude way — we're still here if you have questions or need another round of candidates. But the employment relationship itself? That's between you and them. We don't write contracts. We don't process payroll. We don't sponsor visas. We don't get involved in disputes or negotiations or anything else that happens after you shake hands (or exchange emails).

Why? Because we're not a staffing agency. We're not a temp agency. We're not a co-employer. We're an intermediary — a bridge. Bridges connect two sides, but they don't tell you what to do once you get there. That's your business, and we respect that.

Some people find this strange. They ask, "But how do you make money if you just introduce people?" Simple: we charge a facilitation fee. One time, up front, agreed upon before the introduction. After that, whatever you and the candidate work out — salary, benefits, start date, contract length — is entirely between you. No ongoing fees. No percentage cuts. No surprises.
