Connection & Matching Process



We identify potentially suitable candidates from the talent database and introduce them directly to employers who have expressed relevant needs.

What this activity involves

When an employer describes required profiles for work, we search the existing database, select candidates whose submitted materials appear aligned, and make a direct introduction (usually by sharing contact information or forwarding the evaluation summary with consent).

No further involvement occurs after the introduction.

How we differ from traditional agencies

Dot Square Associates is an independent remote activity from Serbia. No formal company, office, tax identification or employment mediation license exists.

We do not employ candidates, manage payroll, negotiate or conclude contracts, handle visas or assume any employer obligations.

The matching process ends with the introduction; all subsequent steps (interviews, hiring, legal arrangements, payroll) remain exclusively between the candidate and the employer.

We facilitate the first contact only.
