Candidate Evaluation

We perform a preliminary review of submitted candidate materials and prepare concise evaluation summaries to support the matching process.

What this activity involves

Submitted documents (CV, certificates, passport, video, etc.) are reviewed for completeness, relevance to opportunities/roles, and basic consistency.

A short internal summary note is created highlighting key qualifications, experience level and potential fit categories.

Do not treat it as a formal background check, credential verification or professional assessment.

Our guiding philosophy

We exist to help bring capable talents closer to available opportunities; not as employers or gatekeepers, but more like matchmakers.

How we differ from traditional agencies

We are an independent remote operation based in Serbia with no company registration, office, tax ID or employment mediation license.

We do not employ anyone, run payroll, conclude employment contracts or carry out legally binding vetting.

The evaluation reports are internal working tools used only to facilitate introductions.

Employers remain fully responsible for due diligence, reference checks, qualification validation and all compliance matters.
