What We Actually Verify

When someone says they've worked as a chef for five years, we don't just take their word for it. We make sure that they have work related videos to prove that they were working during the day; the messier, more organic the video is, the better. When they show us a diploma from a trade school, we check with the government institution to make sure it's real; stamped and authentic. It sounds simple, but you'd be surprised how many people assume this kind of verification happens automatically. It doesn't, and it takes time, that's why we make sure to keep our talents up to date with all anticipated documentary requirements.

Our process starts with the basics: character and qualifications. We need to know that the person standing in front of our clients/partners is who they say they are, and that they have the legal right to take the job. From there, we move to professional credentials. That degree in welding? We verify it. That certificate in heavy equipment operation? We confirm it's current and recognized in the countries where our partners operate.

But documents only tell part of the story. We also look at employment history — not just the dates, but the actual work. We make sure to dig deep into our candidate's characters and attitude while working. Were they reliable? Did they show up on time? How did they handle pressure? These are the things that matter when you're building a team, and they're the things that don't show up on a CV.

What You Get After Evaluation

At the end of our process, you don't get a stack of papers or a complicated spreadsheet. You get a clear, handpicked list of candidates that could help you and your team.

We organize everything into a simple framework. During our own selection process, the pre-assessment that takes place ensure that each candidates meet the criteria for the job, from skillsets to years at work, and from certificates to other more important documentary records.

Along with the recommendation, you get the documentation. Copies of IDs, certificates, reference notes, interview summaries. Everything we collected, organized and ready for your review.
