Moving people across borders is complicated. We take care of finding and preparing the right candidates so you can focus on the actual work. We handle the sourcing side and document preparation—you deal with the permits and onboarding.

Dot Square Associates operates remotely to be efficient. The focus is in connecting vetted talents to opportunities. We do not handle employment contracts nor payroll to keep everything fair and transparent.
Unlike traditional agencies, we work from wherever we are, which lets us move faster to stay lean and agile.
We keep our client list short on purpose. Fewer relationships mean we can actually know each person and each need properly.

We act as an intermediary. We source candidates from our network in the Middle East, vet their skills and documents, and present them to you. You (the employer) or a local umbrella company handle the final employment contract. We charge a finder's fee for successful connections.
Dot Square Associates operates remotely. We do not carry the liability of the employee. Our role is strictly consultancy and recruitment facilitation. We ensure candidates are briefed and prepared, but the legal employment relationship is between the worker and the hiring entity in Europe. We help you match talents with the opportunities you have.
We focus primarily on seasonal and contract-based roles with the possibility of long-term employment. This includes hospitality (summer/winter season staff), and construction logistics. Our talent pool is specifically curated for physically demanding, high-volume roles.
Timeline varies by destination country visa regulations. Typically, from selection to arrival, the process takes 3-4 months. We handle the candidate-side document gathering to expedite this process as much as possible.
We accept a limited number of partners to ensure quality of talent supply.
