The Talent Pool
When we say someone is in our database, it means we've done more than just collect their CV. It means we've spoken with them, sometimes multiple times. We've asked them about their work history, their reasons for wanting to move abroad, and their expectations for the jobs they're applying for. We've watched their work videos; the messy, unedited ones that show them actually doing the job, not just posing for a camera. We've checked their documents against available databases, and we verify certificates with the institutions that issued them whenever possible.
The people in our database come from all over and beyond. Some are experienced construction workers who've spent years on sites across Europe. Others are hospitality professionals who've worked in hotels and restaurants from the sand dunes of the Middle East t to the white sand beaches of South East Asia. Many are skilled tradespeople — welders, electricians, heavy equipment operators — who hold valid certifications that are recognized across the EU.
They've gathered their documents, they're prepared for the visa process, and they understand that moving to another country for work means adapting to a new culture, new colleagues, and new ways of doing things. We don't waste our partners' time with candidates who aren't ready.
How It Works
Employers come to us with specific needs: five welders for a shipyard in Croatia, twenty hotel staff for the summer season in Greece, a dozen warehouse workers for a logistics center in Germany. We go into our database and pull the candidates who match not just the skills, but the timing, the location preferences, and the cultural fit.
From there, we make introductions. You get a structured data sheet for each candidate — not just their CV, but our notes from our conversations with them, copies of their verified documents, links to their work videos, and summaries of their reference checks. You can review everything at your own pace, and when you're ready to move forward, we connect you directly with the candidate.
The rest is up to you. You handle the company interviews, the contracts, the onboarding. We're not a staffing agency — we don't employ these people, we don't process their payroll, and we don't get involved in the legal relationship between you and your new employee. Our job is to find people who are ready to work, verify that they are who they say they are, and put them in front of employers who need them. Everything after that is between you and them.
